Day-Of Coordination

I’ll be honest, day-of coordination is pretty misleading. It’s way more than just one day! My work typically begins 6-8 weeks before your wedding day where we’ll meet to discuss the nitty-gritty details of your plans and vision. We’ll work closely together in those final weeks so you can feel confident handing over your carefully crafted wedding plans.

About Onsite Management

On the day of your wedding, the behind the scenes magic begins. I’ll oversee every last detail ensuring your wedding looks like you imagined. This includes:

  • Overseeing vendor arrivals

  • Set-up for ceremony and reception including florals, decor, signage, etc.

  • Table arrangements

  • Sound and AV testing

  • and more

Once the festivities begin, I'll ensure everything is flowing according to plan from guest arrival to ceremony to dinner and dancing - handling any and all issues that come our way.

Guest List Management

$300

For couples who don’t want to get in the weeds of managing your guest list, tracking responses, collecting dietary requirements, and setting up and sending emails with all those tiny details. This add-on is right for you.

What’s included?

  • Set up Joy Account

  • Import guest contact info

  • Collect addresses

  • Send invitations (based on your design)

  • Collect dietary restrictions, plus ones, and other information

  • Create your pre-wedding reminder communications
